Ответить"Can you go get a job?" No
Ответитьyou guys look like Dr. Wilson and Dr. Foreman from House MD
Ответитьfirst time watching this channel. full of good nuggets
ОтветитьI love how much they are laughing. Thats the truest measure of success for me.
ОтветитьSolid advice! I really need to push myself to take more risks now. I am in 20s and looking forward to the growth. I always tell myself “no said it will be easy” just for an extra push when i am doing hard things!
Ответить❤
ОтветитьFantastic video. Definitely inspired by the 'do hard things' part & the giving myself things to look forward to, even if i can afford the really nice things (plus a sneaky savings builder!)
ОтветитьIts horrifying that, we are attributing an extremely foundational idea of having long term relationships to q controversial idea. Phew
ОтветитьLast sentence hit hard. I just turned 30 last month
Ответитьgreat video guys
ОтветитьThanks guys I needed this❤..
ОтветитьSo how do I get into a startup? I’m 24 and want to be in one? Tell me the steps please
Ответитьzoomers are worse than boomers
ОтветитьNot speed running is great advice. But I don't know when I'm gonna die so... :)
ОтветитьWhat would you say to someone who missed most of these in their 20s? What can they do differently to possibly level up?
Ответитьthis hits hard.. at thr age of 34
Ответитьdude we don't have parents or money to make that kind of risk in our life because our family depends on our money this can only be done in foreign countries not everybody has a luxury to do these things 😂😂😂😂😢
Ответитьthank you so much for sharing this advice it is really good useful and effective looking forward to more videos on career and getting out of social media fake people
ОтветитьI’m glad I got to see a different side to Dalton and Michael.
Sometimes it can feel like these founders at YC are larger than life personalities with masks on all the time. Hearing them talk about insecurities and a lot of the issues I deal with as a 25 year old humanizes them a lot.
I resonate a lot with being careful with your peers — my team at work has an anti-startup culture in general and it can be hard to believe in taking risks when in that environment.
I have been rejected from YCombinator (actually rejected specifically by Dalton — no hard feelings!), and I’m currently working at Amazon about to transfer to Meta. Although I didn’t get into YC, I hope this latter half of my twenties with a different crowd can allow me to pursue my dreams of founding a successful startup (or at least be at peace in Big tech knowing I gave myself a shot by changing my circumstances). Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
The "Rich people laugh" is real
Ответитьstartip easier to get into
surround yourself with those people
i turned 21 in January and about to graduate soon from college any advice?

ОтветитьI am 30 and I really hope to watch this video multiple times in my 20s.
Although I think I am working hard in my 20s, working in a large organisation with it’s culture and not realising my parent getting older are really limiting the potential of my life.
But now I’m working in a startup, and I hope to get better and better in the 30s.
Amazing 👏
ОтветитьI'll make most out of my 20s
ОтветитьAs a person going into my mid-twenties this means a lot. This kind of advice serves a purpose in basically any industry you're trying to break into as an ambitious young person, not just for startups.
Ответитьbasically Do More Things!!
Ответить1. Don’t speed-run all the fancy things in life
2. Do hard things early and get used to it
3. Opportunity to be risk seeking (What is worst thing that can happen)
4. If you following your parents‘ plan in your 20’s. You chose that
5. Changing the people you surrounded with doesn’t breaking the relationships
6. Maximum effort escape bad situation
What would be a god reddit sub to find like minded people for thisin India
ОтветитьI’m down to take risks but idk what risk to take 😂😂
ОтветитьExceptional advice and video, would love some of this more often. Thank you

ОтветитьI’m a software engineer that’s a new mom that lost all her friends because we’re changing out here and I started in cyber security and now changing to software engineering. I feel like I’m gonna be at household name. I am manifesting greatness. I’m excited.🎉
ОтветитьThat’s why people from Africa with no access to water is so successful for starting startups. Your first water should not be that clean maybe.
ОтветитьWould love a 'How To Make The Most Out of Your 30s' YC!!
ОтветитьGreat video!
Ответитьboom🎉🎉
ОтветитьThese are some of the best advices a 20 year old can hear. And also, a good reminder for those who already know this stuff but got too busy with hectic life style and forgot. Thank you👍
ОтветитьVery insightful. Interesting takes. I think we could get quite far as a society if more people did hard work when they're young.
