Digital art is a little bit easier and you can have more tools. I honestly feel like if you do digital art for a while then maybe you can even improve in normal art not on a device. I am really excited that you decided to do digital art because maybe I can see what kinds of things you are doing and what maybe I should work on. Great art! I've tried eyes like 10 times and I take like 5 minutes and it looks like I wasted 2 seconds of my time :D
ОтветитьI wish I could have joined your colored pencil training. You are the best. Will you open the course again? Maybe then I will be ready to join.
Ответить"Nothing feels permanent" - after 5 years THAT feeling made me go back to traditional full time.
Ответитьdoes somebody knows what tablet is that?
ОтветитьMe watching the video
Gets an add
The add is about the drawing course she just talked about
Coincidence? I don't think so
Hello Kirsty! It's interesting that you've dived into digital art...And this image is amazing if you're at the beginning of it. I came to your channel after having worked as a digital artist (matte painter for film & tv) for the past 25 years. I started with coloured pencils before then as an illustrator, but lost my confidence with "real", traditional media after so long. I really enjoy using Photoshop and the things that can be achieved with it. What I will say is though that the most enjoyable thing of all is using Photoshop with its layered approach. What you can achieve in composition and colour you can't get from any one photo, plus you can compose photo-real images straight from the imagination. However....after so long working with this tool, there's a deep down feeling that's missing. For me, that deep down feeling was addressed after watching your pencil tutorials. Working with pencils is so much more satisfying because it's all your own work. The secret is to use these tools together (with the aid of a printer) to go back and forth. You can let your imagination run riot if you can compose things photographically with a digital tool and then transfer those [reference] images to paper using your own hand. Your stuff is fantastic. I love what you create. Just please, don't get too seduced by the digital mirage! All the best.
Ответитьi only do animation
ОтветитьWhat tablet is that?
ОтветитьHer digital art is perfect with only that small layers.
Me using millions of layers (something's missing- still can't get it perfect deym)
Damn Kirsty, that was absolutely amazing, please do more digital art. You don't have to do it as a tutorial but just as something that shows what can be done.
ОтветитьNice 👍
ОтветитьFirst time huh?
ОтветитьLooks at this
Looks at own art
Whips out tablet
And I don't know how you made such good shadows and highlights without using screen or multiply layers or even a new layer that means you are that much better
For doing this for the first time this is incredible
ОтветитьWould you be able to link the brushes u used plz😅
ОтветитьTry playing with the eraser settings
Ответитьi want to try to draw digitally but my parents want me to draw traditionally lol
i mean digital can still make money, commissions exist
I don’t own a screen thingy. I use my phone lol. But photoshop looks so much nicer in a finished product.
ОтветитьA small blending tip for digital art atleast for me is to use the airbrush to blend in you colors and to kind of blend your colors as you go and I found that it really helps ❤❤❤
ОтветитьYou're art is so pretty, just like you!😊💖

I’d be trying this and messing up within the first few stages. 😑
ОтветитьTwo recommendations
1- grut brushes for photoshop are the best ones I’ve ever used
2- you have to try Corel Painter. It is so much better than PS for digital art that mimics traditional art
❣️
ОтветитьThe reason why her 1st digital art looks so amazing is because she's been doing traditional art and is also great at it. I was first a traditional artist before I started digital art and it was easier for me beacsue I was already familiar with blending, choosing the right skin tone, where to add highlights and shadows, and details.
ОтветитьI prefer digital art and also prefer British girls because they are so beautiful.
ОтветитьDoes anybody know which model of tablet this is please?
ОтветитьENJOYED WATCHING YOUR DIGITAL DRAWING OF THE EYE VERY INTERESTING INDEED
ОтветитьDoes anyone want the huion tablet like the name of it I can’t tell
ОтветитьI would love to know if you could do a digital water color painting. I haven't looked to see if there are any tutorials elsewhere. But your water colors are brilliant! (As is all your work). I am very curious to see if you could recreate a similar effect digitally as you do on paper.
ОтветитьHello Kirsty!
I would like to draw just like you do, but I dont know where to start :( can you give me some tips?
Btw ur artwork is really amazing🥰
Yes, yes, yes please. I use an iPad Pro and Procreate which I believe is very similar to photoshop but I struggle to make anything look realistic. Everything looks like a cartoon
ОтветитьWhat tablet did you use for the drawing?
ОтветитьHow is that your first time-
my first time drawing digitally was oh my-
Really like your artwork and hope to see more of them on your channel…have a safe and wonderful day.
ОтветитьWhat computer or tablet are you using? Is that a digital art program you bought, or something? What product is that device, and pen you're using I guess is what I'm asking 😊
ОтветитьWich digital program did you use?
ОтветитьCan you draw more digital illustrations of animated portrait?
ОтветитьHi ,how are you?great 👍
ОтветитьWow! This is amazingly beautiful
ОтветитьTRAITOR AND CON ARTIST!!!
ОтветитьIt's nice to see how people are freestyling with brushes now. I learned to draw digitally 10-15 years ago. It was so boring drawing by dropping points and clicking and dragging handle bars and masking and blah blah blah. I hated it as a traditional artist, but it was my job. Nice to see it's more organic now but I prefer old school hard copy art - it is more permanent (the final outcome) and I love that.
ОтветитьI wanna do digital art so bad but i dont have the money for the thing to start im more of a pencil sketch artist and then i add pen to it after i draw it
ОтветитьDigital is fun but traditional is better
ОтветитьI love the way you paint eyes whether digitally or painted... both are beautiful and so expressive... love watching your videos especially on painting... fascinating...😊😍
Ответить🪄✨️🪄
Ответитьi prefer digatal art and im 11 but i don't have a digatel pen to draw with on my iPad :( I wish I had a digital pen
ОтветитьWill you be doing more on this
ОтветитьDo you prefer creating traditional or digital art?
Ответить
