How to File a Complaint for Delay in Flat Possession under RERA Act | Legal Remedies Explained

Sir i need your help, in the starting of April month 2024 I take a room on rent and now i want to leave the room after last days of may, but landlord pressurise me to stay till june. He say if you want back your security money then you must need to stay in that room for 3 month, but my point is that there is no where mention in agreement that tenant must stay for 3 months....... Only one thing mentioned in agreement that is one month prior notice of leaving room, which I already give to landlord on their whatsApp. But still he say if you want to return security money then must stay 3 month . Plz give me idea now what I can do 🙏
