They build these for a living. This is not a new build. They lived in it for 5 years im thinking to avoid capital gains tax and sold it. His family in Montana owns the company that prebuilds these in Montana then rebuilds on-site. They do amazing work!

Applying waterproofing to the basement floor after all the internal walls and frames have been installed seems like a big oversight. Moisture can wick straight up the untreated floor directly underneath the frame and wall plaster and bring all that moisture directly into the room.

the first construction video that finally shows a bathroom, I thought that the people there used the bush to relieve themselves... applause.

7000 sqft my ass. My log home is 6500 sqft and you could put 2 of these houses together and it might get close to the same size. I wish I had a army to help build mine. Only a few mistakes I noticed but overall good job.
