Good info. Scarring alopecia I have is known. It's autoimmune disorder but some doctors say trigger is due to stress. Is it true?

Hi All,
i just want to share my experience and hope it helps someone.
my hairless has stopped totally and my hair is getting thicker and healthier

what i did :

1-stopped eating wheat /vegetable seed oil/milk/chesses from cow sources
2-taking 100,000 IA vitamin D3 daily (i am not worried about toxicity (as per dr. michael f. holick ---> you need much more than 100.000 IU for longer than 6 month to show any toxicity)
3-Onion Peel Extract (red/brown onion skin submerged in a solution of alcohol and distilled water ) ----> extracting Quercetin (which inhibits DHT very effectively also very string anti-oxidant )
i also i use it on my face and i can see and sense improvement on my facial skin .
4-Vitamin B complex more than 1 gram per day (noticed my nails grow very fast and strong from firs week)
5-brushing my scalp for at least 10 minutes with a wooden brush (no hair at all falls maximum 5 to 10 hairs
6-microneedling once a week with 1 mm needle

hope this helps someone and could replicate my results .
all the best

For the last year I've been having problems sleeping. It's rare I have or felt having a restful and regenerating sleep. What I'm noticing is that I'm loosing hair in a non symmetrical way and it affects the right top side of the head. When I feel that I've rested well my hair looks fuller to the point of making hard to notice the thining spot. But when I have horrible sleepless nights the hair looks very lifeless and the balding part becomes really noticeable. Add to this the stress of changing jobs with a very demanding theoretical training that could signify loosing the job if I'm not good at it, you get a very damaged looking hair.

Been doing only microneedling for about a month, despite being too early, i feel it's getting worse...

Stress can cause hormone inbalances tho. Such like DHT.

Experienced hair loss for the first time after i spent a year in a studio apartment that had mold exposure, skin issues hair loss wild mood swings suicidal thoughts, it was terrible, most likely organ damage too. You guys know anything specific about recovery from mold toxicity? It's been under a year so i'm confident it can all be reversed others have shared their auccess stories recovering as well but maybe you guys know someone who went through mold related hair loss?

So the receding hairline with deep cuts on either side forming a widows peak isn’t caused by stress?

The hair on my head began falling out significantly after a very stressful time in my life. So, I myself researched the internet & chose to test the litttleextra coocoonion hair oil & neem wood comb. It really definitely worked. Now, I have lengthy, dense, dark hair that has reached my waist & trimmed three times after I began using it. Easy & effective. Additionally, just as good can be rubbing the scalp - it promotes hair growth. You only must do this weekly. Pretty soon, you will see short hairs growing in.
