This is a rather charming and cute adventure game! (so cold how you shut down their song requests every time)

I remember this so well from playing it with my sister when it came out as a kid 😆

I just played through this in browser on an Abandonware site; it was a real trip down memory lane, probably one of the first games I played whenI ever played in '97. It was so cute!~

I’m just here to vent real quick I used to play this game so much when I was a child and all these types of PC games, and I feel they influenced me in the best way possible they showed me how to include everyone and how to except everyone just the way they are. it’s so sad to see that kids now are being taught to exclude people just by the way they look it’s really disgusting and I’m so glad that I was raised by these types of influences.

This game was a part of my childhood as well, and honestly I felt like there was a lot of room for expansion - sequel, fanfic, whatever. Because most of the characters don't get a lot of screentime or backstory beyond the 3 books at the start.

I love this game! My brother and I would play it for aaaages as children.

The composer is even the same as the the Zelda games.

Such a classic. Games for kids back in the day had such imagination and creativity.
This is up there with all the living books and Zoombinis for me
