I had pain in solar plexus chakra a lot last 1-2 weeks,I felt imbalanced and on edge with nerves.Tried this meditation tonight,half way of video I started to cry a lot,it came to my mind that my heart is broken because mum passed away last year I didn’t grieve properly and all this emotion came out,hardly could breathe from tears. I need to do regularly this meditation and try to heal my soul with light and optimism.Thank you for your videos,so soothing and calm voice ❤️

I listened to this video years ago and have been trying to find it since, but couldn’t remember who it was or what it was called! I’ve gone down so many rabbit holes typing in things like “light moves through body meditation” that have come up with a lot of chakra videos but thank goodness I’ve finally found this again!

I've just recently started meditating at 36. I've never been able to do it before, until I found this channel. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for making it easy with your guided meditation videos and explaining how we are supposed to feel and what to think about during the process. It has been life changing for me. I just did this one for the first time, and it is such a beautiful experience.

I remember this Mediterranean when you released it! It just popped in my head and found again. I used to use it in my reiki healing classes to introduce my students to meditation. Thank you for this 🙏🥰
