But I've got a cousin who lives out there on the street and he says there are whole streets where everyone on Friday goes to one place and they put money on their card every week. They are doing both . They punished you if you try and better yourself and reward you to stay on the street. So the criminal homeless is a myth by what y'all are saying. The guy with the hat acts as if homeless money is on the up and up. If you are a person who has lived the right way, you will have difficulty getting benefits. If you have been a bum your whole life, you will have absolutely no problem maxing out benefits--these people know the system.

But if you tell this guy, "We got a bed for you, a shower, a roof over your head. All at no cost to you. Now, you must adhere to our rules: a curfew, no drugs, you need to bathe, you need to work to find a job." And this guy will tell you to go fvck yourself.

In the early 2000's I knew a homeless man that was getting disability in my area from the state of California. He had to have a "guardian" on his bank account that was a local business man whose son was friends with the homeless man as children. Both are now deceased.

This has been happening in San Francisco for atleast 25 yrs
