I love this so much because it brings my mind and my soul to a place so dear to me. It is the old countryside property located in a timeless village on the banks of river Po in Northern Italy. There was an iron cast stove in which my grandparents used to put some logs in to warm up the living/ dining room on rainy early autumn days. This sound brings me exactly over there, I can see my inner child peacefully sitting on an armchair and relaxing to the sound of wood burning in the stove and the rain falling on the windows.

I have problems sleeping, and I have tried listening to so many different ASMR videos, but I end up clenching my teeth.

But this. THIS. Is where it’s at!

Thanks for this! My group and I are playing the Icewind Dale module of dnd and this was the most excellent background for us to play as our characters were in our newly acquired Ramshackle property. This lasted just long enough for that part of the campaign (we are a slow moving group but no one seems to mind, including the dm). Anyway, made us feel very homey and helped us feel quite proud of ourselves for our reward.

Listening to this while writing a sort of fantasy-medieval story and sipping some hot chocolate! Very relaxing for sure. :)

Wow just found this one . I love the mood and ambience here . It looks like a homestead in the early American west to me . Something you would see in a Hollywood western . The timber , the stone work , the furnishings and colours of the room . Its all there .
