Yeap. I won't go to a federal property just to be sure. It can wait.
ОтветитьBut do I care?............fuck NO!!
ОтветитьSo does the 2nd Amend. not apply to those places?
ОтветитьAt the end of the day. I would rather be tried by 12 then carried by 6
ОтветитьI do it anywhere, and even in car if building doesn’t allow it. Why? cause where are the feds or law enforcement when the shootings happen? Never fast enough with no disrespect. Shootings can last seconds, law enforcement takes minutes if quick.
ОтветитьAny place that is paid for by taxpayers should be an open a concealed carry or open carry place.
This is like the City of Lexington taxing me for roads and then telling me I can't park my car on those roads that they paid for with money they stole from me.
Nope... No confusion at all! No metal detector, Im carrying! Dont fkn care what bs ILLEGAL edict some twatwaffle enacted... Dont be stoopid and call badged criminals to come assist and dont talk to them either! Stop following illegal edicts...🖕
ОтветитьYeah why do we have Federal overreacting when the Constitution is supposed to be the law of the land????
ОтветитьSo here is a question for anyone to answer. If I carry my weapon concealed in a hospital, or shopping mall or wherever there is a sign that says “no firearms allowed” and I end up shooting someone in self defense, do I loose my stand your ground status? I am legally allowed to be in the hospital or mall or wherever. Are they making the distinction that because I am armed I am NOT legally allowed to be there?
ОтветитьWith the NYSRPA decision, will this not be binding on the federal government as well? It seems to me it MUST be.
But that would beg the question of what restrictions can the federal government put on Americans? Inside the USPS, reasonable. In the USPS parking lot, unreasonable restriction.
It's the federal government breaking the law. The Constitution is law
ОтветитьEverywhere is constitutional carry if you’re brave enough
ОтветитьFederal property? It’s posted at mine. If you live in Penn you need a concealed permit for a glove box. Stay on public parking, the street. In Penn I think you can cover it on the seat or leave it on the dash, crazy but legal.
ОтветитьWhat's the saying everything is legal till you get caught lol
ОтветитьNO. Unconstitutional laws HOLD NO AUTHORITY.
Let me remind you ALL, Federal property IS OUR PROPERTY. ALL AMERICANS. WE OWN IT. ..........
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!
🇺🇸
Not in the state of Kentucky at least, Cars are given the same rights as your home. And in Arizona they legally have to hold your firearm in any federal buildings if you ask them to do so.
ОтветитьAlso federal property is property of the citizens of the United States. So any ban of firearms on federal property is unconstitutional.
ОтветитьWhat they don't know dont hurt them....
ОтветитьA well regulated militia being necessary the security of a free state the right of the people to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed…..
Nuff said
How would the post office be off limits? There is no one onsite who is armed for security. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED???
ОтветитьThe federal government is illegal, installed a criminal pedophile who did not win the last election, and can f*** off if they are concerned where I carry my constitutionally guaranteed arms. Thanks for the advice though. 😁
ОтветитьFrankly, that's a weird question that you're not allowed to defend yourself on federal property.
ОтветитьI was at a post office and there was a shoot out between agents and a thug and I was right in the middle.. It was terrifying!!
ОтветитьThe fact your client lost a stand your ground case in Texas tells me you probably have an ad on a bus stop, don't you?
ОтветитьNot in WV
ОтветитьSo only defend yourself in a place where you’re legally allowed to have a firearm. As exactly what you said dude the stupidest thing ever it’s not you it’s the law but still stupid.
ОтветитьSo don't go to a post office ever got it.
ОтветитьTechnically, you can not legally have ANY weapon or dangerous instrument be it a gun, knife, pepper spray, etc., on any Federal property, post office, social security office, VA hospital, etc., even locked in your glovebox or trunk, except under special clearance.
ОтветитьImagine defending your life but because you were within 200 feet of a fed building you get sent to prison for a decade
ОтветитьAll laws against the constitution are illegal and should be ignored.
Figure it out boomer
Shall not be infringed
ОтветитьGood to know. But 12 vs 6? I'd rather be judged by 12. But I am an old worn out man.
ОтветитьBasically the law is saying, your life has no value at a post office
ОтветитьWrong. Not the streets or side walks. Parking lot yes. Streets are not federal unless on a militray bases.
ОтветитьThe Post office, is Federal, yet private.. confusing right... and many have weapons detection... and have a no gun sign...
ОтветитьSir, I understand the sidewalk is public venue , if so the fed cannot consider it postal property
Ответить... and this tells you everything you need to know about "Federal" is fuckin Corrupt. Govt IS the Problem.
ОтветитьThey can kiss my booty...I'm protecting my loved ones and myself from an active shooter no matter where I'm at
ОтветитьIt’s the postal workers you have to look out for! Going Postal!
ОтветитьIf a location is a gun free zone the owner of the property if it's state, federal or private should be responsible for security and safety of those people accessing it as well as legally and financially liable for any criminal activity that occurs on the property. If they can say I can't defend my own life then they are directly responsible for it. Sounds like commonsense to me.
ОтветитьWhen the government is supposed to serve the people but they only serve violent criminals and rapist.
ОтветитьOk but the constitution says bear arms not just bear arms where your allowed does not say anything about where you cant
ОтветитьSo, what about states like Tennessee? Constitutional carry state, a vehicle is directly tied to the castle doctrine of the state as somewhere one is allowed to carry a firearm (even before constitutional carry came in), & no duty to retreat.
ОтветитьUnless you open carry no one will know. Isn't it better to be tried by 12 than to be carried by 6?
Ответитьamazing .....when they can prevent crimes from occuring on federal property and crimes from occuring on the planet ... maybe....hasnt happened yet in the history of the world , why would it start now ?
people always have a right to defend themselves anywhere anytime PERIOD
Its the ultimate human right
Let’s hogtie society with technicalities to give the criminal elements a HUGE advantage. This is called “morally blind.”
ОтветитьWell that's stupid that if you're in a parking lot of a post office and someone tried to kill you or do harm to you and a piece of paper that someone wrote down that you can't have a gun in a post office so said person has to die because of a piece of paper .well someone misunderstood why the law or what the law was trying to do and then it's time to change because you're right to be secure should have superseded that stupid f**** loss
ОтветитьDidn't know I couldn't carry in a post office. I've walked into the post office so many times with my firearm on my side, open carry even. Have never even been approached by anyone about it. Shit, guess I won't be doing that anymore
ОтветитьTwo tiered legal systems should be voted out with better /smarter choices by voters
ОтветитьYep , so I'm out of luck because I work at a Post Office
Ответить
