Hi Armin, great talk. How can I contact you? I’m writing an interesting book about leadership and a management culture in North Africa and would really like to reach out. Thanks
ОтветитьDear Prof., yes I do agree & thank you very much for the lesson. But the structural change would be sometimes painfull especially to change their attitude? Like the french revolution maybe (political)?
ОтветитьThank you. That is so true that the culture will not just change without changes in work structure.
Ответитьwhy this is not more widely viewed? Wow

ОтветитьHey professor. Im malaysian. Me and my parent and sibling must follow our own ciuntry culture. But i really love being in Western culture. because there a reason why. Im now addicted and obsessed in western culture. Wear like a Western countries. As irish. american.
Ответитьyou are not communicating clearly, and you don’t explain what you mean by “the structure”? …even though we are 💯 in sync that behavior is the key signature, because it’s not enough to communicate values without a continuous practice of behavior over time = The Culture Change
ОтветитьYour explanation echoes across my organisation. Thank you for presenting this in such an insightful way.
ОтветитьWell said
ОтветитьDoes anyone believe tracking data points that manifest resistance to Culture Change worthy of predicting success of an initiative aimed at facilitating change....
ОтветитьProfessor, I have taken a look at all of your videos and haven't found anything on reading an organisational culture. It will be great if you could do a video on reading an organisational culture. It will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
ОтветитьCan we change the culture of society with this method?
ОтветитьIs this Prof. Armins recommendation for a women's quota?
