The first time I applied for an F1 visa, it was rejected, and the second time as well. I don’t know why. In the Delhi and Mumbai embassies, there have been many rejections in December 2024. Out of 300 students, only 10-20 were approved. Why were so many rejected? Is it because Trump won the election? Should I apply again or not ??

I have been to the U. S. four times previously. But, I was refused visa on my last visa appointment interview. The reason the officer have was that I said I was going to stay for three weeks during the interview which was before COVID 19 pandemic,and I had to delay my travel till 2021 when my visa was almost expiring. I having a interview on the 16 of this month

I stayed in the USA for 170 days on a B1/B2 visa and then applied for a Change of Status to an F1 visa, for which the duration of the English Language course is 4 months. What are the chances of approval in such a case? Could you provide me with some guidance or share any experience?
