February 2024 calendar video was a little too long than what I had time for today (squeezing in some me time with a 7 month old is Hard 😅) had a meander and found and found myself here currently pondering if I have just been inspired to add running to my March challenge! My goal for February was to get my fiancée involved and at day three I’ve been on my own twice so I think this mission has failed so a me only goal it is! Grateful for this community here so I don’t feel so lonely on this journey I feel a real life yogi friend should be a goal one of these months!! 😂

I have some video requests specifically for runners strength. Even though most of the strength workouts can be followed for strength, running specific strength workouts will be great to avoid injuries.
