Those itchy welts look like a mosquito allergy. My daughter is allergic and hers look just like that when she is bit. It's called Skeeter Syndrome here in the US, it's a reaction to the mosquito's saliva. Hers swell up and form pockets of pus. We have to be very careful in the summer months to spray her with bug spray if she is going outside even for a few minutes. Hopefully you got some medical help so you know how to care for it the next time it happens. Good health to you!
