How to Create Virtual Reality Projects in Adobe Captivate 2019

hi, I have 7 or 8 360 video 5.2 K resulution and i want to make a vr video for cardboards, menu at the begining of the video and later videos, is it possible? Also why cant add video, just photo and text? thank you
