Con la politica delle mance obbligatorie perderete molti clienti che passeranno a Costa crociere. Vi rimarranno molte cabine sullo stomaco che sarete costretti a svendere. Gli introiti delle mance serviranno a pagare la liquidazione a Luca Valentini per il suo licenziamento
