can you let me know the size of this lift kit? 4"?
ОтветитьDo you do new gearing when you do a lift? If not, why not?
ОтветитьEddie , how many inches of lift is that
ОтветитьHow many inch lift is that
ОтветитьGreat video production; even better instructional content for DIY'ers, especially with the tricks of the trade and what to watch out for to avoid mistakes. THANKS! One quick question on your comment about shifting into 4WD to lock the axle hubs so it does not spin when on the jack stands. My 2021 4xe has the 4H Auto, 4H Part-Time & 4L. But my axle hubs still spin on the jack stands. What am I missing?
ОтветитьOne of the best how to vids I’ve ever seen. This guy saved my jeeps life. 😂
ОтветитьI gotta say. These are are the best install videos ive come across !!!! Great work

ОтветитьThis is absolutely fantastic! I'm about to order this kit and install it. Does anyone know how to order the shocks? They don't come in the kit he's using. All I see is RS7MT on the shocks but I'm having difficulty finding them on the internet! Much thanks for the help!
ОтветитьI have a 2024 392 and looking for a 3.5-4.5” lift for 38-40” tires. I used to be in the truck accessory world 20 years ago and Rancho was the gold standard back then. Now there is tons of brands especially for Jeeps. How does the Rancho kit ride and drive? I won’t be doing much if any hard core wheeling with this thing. (It’s too expensive to go tear up) I do want to maintain the drive ability it currently has since it’s the best driving and riding Jeep I’ve ever been in. Look forward to hearing your review. If you have a video talking about this, please link it for me! Found your channel today.
ОтветитьLike skinny jeans 🤣
ОтветитьYou make this look so easy... Getting ready to do this on my 2012 JK we are putting on a 2.5 lift
ОтветитьBest installation video EVER!! Thank you so much!! My lift kit arrives today and I will be watching this a couple more times and during install. You have a new subscriber.
ОтветитьI truly appreciate your honest, step by step approach that you use in your videos. For those of us that are weekend warriors in the garage, these videos are amazing! Thank you! 😊
ОтветитьSo much attention to detail in this video 👌🏽💯
Ответить190 foot lbs, need to eat your cheerios before this mod.
ОтветитьMan you really know what you are doing. Thanks for all this information and the amazing quality of everything
ОтветитьI’ve had 2 jeeps and ran Rancho lifts on both. The camera work 💯 and when he took the time to show how to loosen the e brake on the center console 💯. Great video.
ОтветитьI am new to the jeep community. You have had the best videos to help me. Exactly what you said. Help not influence. I am interested in this same lift kit you have, any way to link the kit? Would this type of kit work with the 2021 eco diesel?
ОтветитьMy death wobble was caused by a rear wheel having lost a weight & being severely out of balance. New tire & it was fixed .
ОтветитьHow do you like those rs7mt shocks over the rs5000x or the rs9000 ?
ОтветитьI love how detail-oriented these instructions are.
ОтветитьThank you for making awesome install videos!
I just picked up my first Wrangler and I’m looking to buy a Rancho lift kit RS66142BK and RS77065 and RS77066 shocks for my 2019 JLU Sport S. In the description on the Rancho site it says the lift is 3.5”. Will I need to get a pair extended LCAs?
Awesome instructional video, really first class. However, I'd still be the grown-ass man cryin' in my driveway about half way through this one...
ОтветитьI absolutely love your videos @wayalife and i would love too offroad with you in my jt that im still building but im in Delaware so you're pretty far but hopefully some day it would be awesome.
ОтветитьI saw a video of a trim rubber piece to block out tiny rocks and debris that can fall in the slot of the fenders. I can’t seem to find that video, can plz forward me that link? Also where did you buy the rubber trim piece? Do I need to make sure the trim pc being installed is playable first?
ОтветитьI just installed a lift kit on my JL. This video was a big help for my installation. Hope to see new video soon.
ОтветитьLove this video!! Well, all of your "How to" videos!
ОтветитьWELL DONE SIR you are by far THE BEST TEACHER I HAVE EVER SEEN ALL OF MY RESPECT TO YOU WOW YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF THAT
ОтветитьСаленблоки тянуть надо в загруженном виде
Ответитьthats great, but for most of us that dont have a 6 ton lift in our garage, would be nice to see with a floor jack and stands
ОтветитьLove your tips and encouragement!!! QUESTION…I don’t have a lift. That trick where you jacked up one side of the axle to articulate the other side down so the spring would go on easier…will that work if the jeep isn’t on a lift? If not, what would you recommend to get through that step? 🤙
ОтветитьAmazing video!
ОтветитьMy question is after installing a lift kit is it safe to drive it down to a tire shop for new tires/wheels and alignment?
How far can i go without the alignment
Man what a cute dog totally photobombed
ОтветитьIm injoy to watching your video sir ,i want to do this may local wrangler..i hope you are to help me,but im a pilipino i am here in Philippines..
ОтветитьLove your videos! I noticed the lift kit is showing as unavailable, any other links for the kit?
ОтветитьGreat video ❤
ОтветитьWhat brand of shocks did you use? And I’m not sure if I missed it, but did you reroute the brake lines back to their original position or to a new one when you fed them back the opposite way?
ОтветитьGood day, I am from Panama but if I buy a Jeep you can modify it for me with all the extras.
ОтветитьIs the suspension you removed for sale? I buy the spring and the shockandsolver
ОтветитьI love watching Americans work on cars. They'll use MM then Inches then Lbs then Kg etc WITH NO PROBLEM! No complaining about conversions or metric vs imperial just, "next i'll need...". It's beautiful. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьI'm looking for advice! I own JL sport 2 Door bone stock. I would like to switch to 33'' all terrain tires and switch the sport suspension to a rubicon take off suspension. I've heard that the rubicon suspension will give some extra clearance. Any thoughts on this? Is this a bad idea? Should I just run 33s on a sport suspension? Or is there a better combination to achieve this on a budget ? THANKS!!!!
ОтветитьHey, your videos are awesome. I was just wondering if you have to loosen all the control arms before lifting, even if you aren’t adding arms, and then tighten everything once you are done? Thanks!
ОтветитьLove this video (and all your others) you definitely are thorough and educational, I to have a 392 (without the xr package, which it appears yours doesn't either) so im doing my research to install lift, wheels n tires, and ring and pinion gear set... if I can ask, what size lift was that? Is it 392 specific to accommodate the engine weight? What size tire was that, 37" ? And did you replace the 3.73 gears ? (If so did you make a video? ) thanks for sharing your time and knowledge with us
ОтветитьI really enjoy your content. I am envious of your workshop and tool collection. It pains me to think my offroad shop is going to charge me $2k for a 2-1/2 " Clayton lift install.
ОтветитьI still can believe you went with Rancho shocks and had Fox 2.0s before
ОтветитьAwesome as always! I have a 392 also. Can you confirm the lift size on yours?
