N scale Layout Introduction 2023
Video Content:
A reintroduction to the Allegheny Northern N scale layout for new channel subscribers and to set a zero-mark for the start of the 2023 modeling year. The channel crew significantly last year so this is a quick overview of the layout as it stands today with some quick layout facts along the way.
The layout is DCC controlled, walk-around design along the basement walls with two peninsulas. It is set in the Allegheny mountains and eastern coast line of the US and is set in present day. The layout is primarily NS and CSX, although Amtrak has a presence as well as a number of leased power units including some fallen flags such as Chessie and Burlington Northern.
