I love a no-weights muscle workout to change things up and after 5 mintes I knew we definitely weren't going to miss them 😂 Thanks Chris and Amanda! So glad Amanda didn't run into the camera again at the end 😂

ОтветитьI love doing your workouts and I'm gonna keep doing them. Personally, for the record, I don't mind cursing or vulgar language but I do cringe when white folks describe something as "ghetto" or make fun of people's accents. My only complaint.

ОтветитьRead description and saw KILLER total body routine,I immediately pressed pause lit a candle, poured holy water on myself ,dropped to my knees and prayed that I wouldn't die. Amanda is so bubbly and effervescent, I love it. Chris you and Amanda are chucklesome and hysterical. The laughter helped delay the pain from this ferocious workout. Thanks Chris Amanda,and Kevin for an entertaining ,creative,and fierce workout. I 'll be crawling into the weekend.

ОтветитьThis is a great no equipment workout, it was good for me today especially since working in my yard (pulling weeds, pushing the lawn mower) has aggravated the arthritis in my thumbs so not holding hand weights is a welcome change, thank you!

ОтветитьThat was surprisingly tough! But regarding that sound you heard during the night, I heard the same thing (I'm on the eastern shore in Maryland) a few nights ago. My dog went nuts and insisted on being let out to chase whatever it was. The next day I noticed my fruit trees were munched on.. so I think it must have been deer. Or deer being chased by a fox or a coyote. But the sound was exactly as you described.

ОтветитьThat was a fabulous class! Out here in AZ desert, we have coyotes catching and eating rabbits and the dying rabbits sound just like crying babies😢..it's a very frequent sound ..thanks for the class. Sure felt arms ..well, everything but crazy arms!
