ОтветитьThank you so much for your videos. I made sure I point out all the adverse action out in my complaints. But i made sure I emailed my complaints, for documentation. Its hard to prove oral complaints. I have over 33 documents supporting my discrimination and retaliation

I also try to keep the matter at hand on the same email thread too. Keeps it neat and it’s easier to show a timeline
What can I do if the manager raises issues regarding my work performance and personal hygiene in the workplace? In the meeting with the manager, HR & union rep, she couldn't provide evidence (because "confidential") such as date, time, what action I was taking, even a minor mistake whatever one time or repeat, I feel she definitely me a guilty, she is orally to express the issues, I denied all at 1st meeting, but later on, she still finds or create an issue to held a 2nd meeting before the conclusion meeting. I feel so tired of the game she raises, I want to ask if no evidence can it constitute a complaint, it is harassment, discrimination, or race?

ОтветитьWith all of this dirty laundry in the employment sector I feel as if both the union and employers shall not be allowed to fund any political parties and their campaigns. If we have toxic bosses and we have this backup court system then the feds probably should get special counsel to here all of these cases funded by the bosses social security and their retirement plans, that way they can knock this crap off. and the unions fall under the same category. Especially after misappropriate use of their offices! The states governments need to step in as well, there is a risk of filing unemployment claim(s) when this crap happens! Meanwhile they just ait back and do nothing and you want to know why there is a workplace active shooter scenario.

Ответитьi have criiminal old coworkers - 4 years prior to today, blocking me from getting work in my field that pays my nornal income afer 15 years experience in the field. They illegally hack my home pc and listen on 100 percent of my phone calls. They said i have to move somewhre to get a pyaing job - but no idea where where is even nor is there any pay guarantee. They destroy my life, attempted murder 3 x , hit and run 4x, steal from me over 500k, own me over 2 million to date. Block me from getting medical care, fracture my back, loss of feelings periodically in my legs. I am looking for 5 million dollars in retribution.

ОтветитьSo if I had an at-work accident that required stitches, I then noticed that I no longer was a supervisor of associates. My pay did not go down and was not told directly this was happening. I am out of STD until 7/16 but am thinking about asking why I was not informed.
Also my self eval was a 2-4-5 (out of a 5 scale) and the previous manager who retired wrote excellent review but the new manager adjusted my eval to 2-3-3 and told me verbally that “Nobody is getting more than a 3”.
I received a 2% “Merit increase”, but our typical is 3% annually.
Is any of this grounds for retaliation?
Thanks for your videos. How can an employee prove they were discriminated against because of, for example, being autistic? They can say it was performance or something else.

ОтветитьIn my case, I made a complain in writing about the working conditions. Then I got suspended without pay. Then fired and being accused of wage theft without any proof evidence. Then, they told me not to apply for unemployment becuase they'll challenge it. Thats a pure evil retaliation.
ОтветитьMr.Pollard is 100% correct on how companies retaliate against you after you make it known to the company that you are being discriminated against. I had these events occur with me. But each time I reported the harassment and discrimination I recorded the conversation. So when we had the hearing. I played those recording. The employment agency defense was that I never made any reports to any of their staff or they would have documented them. They submitted written conversation I had over the phone with them. They stated we record all conversations in real time!!! But they did not include the recorded conversations that I had. They excluded them. The employment agency helped the client company to discriminate against me. Then , I thought I was going to get Justice after the hearing with the Equal Rights Division. The Judge then lied , providing false information to my questions. During the pre hearing conference call the judge instructed the respondent they did not have to present the same evidence to her, that was submitted to the investigator. So, during discovery they withheld requested evidence from me. I raised the point that the HR Department was required to know employment discrimination laws and the judge said " NO they don't, they are not attorneys." The judge said I had not proven my case. I had discredit every statement the company made, with documented evidence!! They had no rebuttal to my evidence. I also had a hearing with the client company that I was hired with and refuted all their statements in the end they admitted they had discriminated against me. Because they had no rebuttal evidence to refute or discredit my evidence. But the judge dismissed my cases. So I appealed both cases, to the Labor and Industry Review Commission. But I did not have money to have the transcript of the hearing to provide to the Labor and industry review commission, that would have cost thousands of dollars to I transcribe the events in th hearing. I wanted to prove in both cases. I live in a predominantly caucasian community 93-97 % . So, I also experienced discrimination in housing and attempting to file a petition for review at the courthouse, they would lie and give me false information after I had provided the judges order for an appeal and for them to read and to get answers to questions. I have cried a many days. This has been an eye opening experience. i had to do all the work myself, discovery process, exhibits, request for admissions, meeting deadlines. I am willing to go to federal court if I have to.

ОтветитьI need help i posted on the other video about filing with the EEOC. I've already set up an account, and its about retaliation. My experience is i told on on girl about scheduling issues and had to got to hr. Over the next couple months co workers were making a ton of complaints against me that are friends with the girl. I talk to someone briefly in hr and she said document everything you do. I found that I was being scrutinize by them. It caused me to have a massive panic attack and I was out for 2 months because of fear fmla approved. When I got back I was put on final written warning that was filled with alot of lies or half truths by my manager. The day before they found blood clots in my leg as well which is not in my age group because I'm a healthy 30s year old. The stress of everything is so bad and I need help because I can dispute every thing in the warning and have proof. I'm in NC.

ОтветитьI need some help. I filed a discrimination complaint with the EEOC in 11/2023 and after their investigation they sent me a letter for “ Right to Sue”. That letter was sent to me on 9/2024.
After returning to work from taking a FMLA leave due to mental health because of the issues at work( I am currently in therapy since this all started last year)my hours and days have changed.
I was also unjustifiably suspended for a day from work because of the mangers claimed “ I was working enough “.
I have no prior write ups or been reprimanded for these issues. I feel as though they’re now starting to retaliate against me.
Please help me with some advice on what to do.
