Had my bike serviced here. They did not impress me neither with customer service nor with the quality of the job, but surprised me with a super high price. Stay away from Chandler Custom Cycles

Not good.Mediocre job quality ( when they fix leak on my Harley last year, I had to bring bike back because it was not done right first time. ) This year was the last time I service my bike at Chandler Custom Cycles. They do not warn you if they are going to perform extra services or buy extra parts that you were not aware about. My final bill increased over 60% comparing to the price we were agreed upon. Very poor communication ( my bike was sitting in their shop for few weeks before I called and asked. And Rick told me he "left a message"). Rick and Harold are good guys otherwise, and I am really sorry that I have to look for another shop. I have recommended these guys to many of my friends and was keeping coming back to them for few years, but they do not seem to appreciate my loyalty.
Will not do a business with them anymore. If you value your time, money and want the job to be done first time every time, stay away from Chandler Custom Cycles.

I won my bike that was built by these guys in 1998I loved it I sure wish I would have never sold it
