At 33.25 when cold polar air moves downward as trough, in the video it's been told it's a low pressure area. Can you plz explain why. Doesn't cold air mean high pressure ?

In the figure of jetstream movement against the coriolis force... if the high pressure zone is in upper side and low pressure zone is in lower side then the jet stream will move east to west as per the theory... then it will be contradictory to the definition
