I'm going to be waiting a while to buy an OLED. I cannot afford them. I need them to be like $300 max for me to buy one.
ОтветитьI think ima get Alienware 32 inch for $900 the new 27 inch is basically the same thing
ОтветитьI got me a Gigabyte M27QA ICE for 218€ which should arrive in a few hours. Oled are still very costly. Also I like not having to worry about burn in. I just want to enjoy :)
ОтветитьOne caveat, the G93SD is micro USB and HDMI only. With no hub functionality for USB device's. I had a torrid time with the G9. And went back to using 2x 27" models.
MSI are releasing their MPG 491CQPX QD-OLED in July which is a 240hz refresh of the 144hz non X model. Based on discourse of the G9 and that MSI's monitor has full size USB with a hub included. That will be my preference for 49' Ultrawides.
I like how he talks about 480Hz+ monitors as if they are for everyone or anyone that just wants the fastest, and not the competitive gamers they are really for.
ОтветитьAre you going to apologize for platforming Dough?
ОтветитьAnything new that’ll look like the Samsung G6? Love the style on it. The silver trim is nice
Ответить5120x2160 OLED Ultrawide is what I wanted 4 years ago.
ОтветитьThis is exact video I need. Please do that videos every few months. Well done! Thank you :)
ОтветитьI wanted a 45inch 3840x1600 oled. And my budget is not over £1000. Currently the aoc agon pro 45 is very tempting, but the 80ish ppi holds me off. Don’t think there will be any company working on this resolution panel for oled in the near future. Even if aoc refresh their 45 ultrawide with the new LG 5k2k panel, the earliest we are looking to get the monitor will be mid 2026, and also the initial price will be well over my budget. So perhaps getting the current aoc 45” monitor and used it for another 3-4 years to wait for the new 5k2k model to drop price is my best and only options. 😂
ОтветитьDisappointed that there's nothing interesting coming in the 42 - 49 inch category. I think I'll go with the LG GX9 which looks pretty nice.
Ответитьwoled is a scam. it can't produce correct colors in principle
ОтветитьHow distracting are current/next gen glossy oleds for text work? 🤨 thanks :)
Ответить4k is kinda useless the gpus will need 10more years to push the fps reliably 1440p (2.5k) is the way to go
Ответитьwhen the asus models will be release? 32 inches glossy 4k i mean ty and nice vid like always
ОтветитьGlossy !!!!!
ОтветитьWhat about 4k 32 inch gen4 woleds? Will they be this year or it's more like 2-3 years?
ОтветитьI waiting for 39", 21:9, 5120x2160, QD-OLED ,240HZ to upgrade my Dell Alienware AW3423DWF
Ответитьsurprise that LG didnt show thier 27" tanderm oled monitor that they said it will be mass produce in 2025
ОтветитьI moved up to a 32" IPS as my most recent panel. HUGE upgrade from 27" VAs (apparently, my VAs sucked in quality), giving me tremendous motion clarity, and the colors already calibrated. However, I'd really like to get a 32" 4k OLED, and the "true glossy black" model coming seems perfect. Except the lack of DP 2.1, since GPUs are starting to support it more and more. :/
Still, the buy in for that tier of specs is heavy. It's incoming at $950, so I might just buy a cheaper one to ride out for a few years, and then give to my family while waiting for prices to come down.
I should prob wait for the 499 dollar one, that sounds great
ОтветитьI will wait due to money lack. Didn't got paid even though more than 1000 miracles done everywhere 😂 let's go Universe
ОтветитьUnvaluable video for prospect buyers, thanks
ОтветитьWhat about the 42/43+" 16:9 ratio oled monitors? There's nothing new coming by the looks of it. I tried Ultrawide and didn't like it.
ОтветитьStill happy with 321urx
ОтветитьHi everyone, Please advise if I want a next generation 21x9 monitor, should I wait until 2026?
ОтветитьIm really just waiting for a 27 or 32in 4K OLED, 144 to 240hz with G-sync (Certified/ compatible) for around $600...
I almost caved and bought a 165hz MSI for $800, but I noticed it didn't have "G-SYNC!" plastered all over the advertising material, like the other models, and after a bit of research I saw people were having VRR issues with Nvidia cards, and MSI didn't even include a USB type B for firmware updates because it was their "low end OLED". Dumb decision imo- pinching pennies on a monitor they wanted to sell for over $1K, by ditching the basic ability to fix compatibility issues via software. I can understand not including a KVM, type C PD/ DP alt, dropping from 240hz to 165, etc. and I'd be totally fine with all of that, but leaving out a basic essential feature that's on my 4 year old MSI 1440p LCD is baffling. I'm not mad, just disappointed lol.
I feel like maybe the perfect oled hasn't been made yet. WOLED is great for brighter rooms, but not so great on brightness. QD-OLED is great in darker rooms, but that magenta thing in bright rooms is a no go for me. I'm hoping the next gen QD-OLED can fix the magenta issue, as my room is fairly bright and a lot of my usage is during daylight hours.
ОтветитьWhat about the 6k qd oled panels samsung announced?
ОтветитьI really don't want an 800R curve, far too aggressive for combination of work/gaming.
ОтветитьWhen do You think we will get 27 inch 4k duel mode 480 Hz?
ОтветитьI have a 4090 and 9800x3d rig. I am using a 4k 32inch monitor but find it small if I want to do sim racing. The 3440x1440 looks like a good choice for me from LG but since the 5k2k is coming soon I just have concerns since it might make a big hit to performance and it's 2x the price of the 3440x1440 version. I am also considering a 42 inch LG C4 or c5.
ОтветитьJust buy the s95f.
ОтветитьI have a 49" Odyssey G9 today and I am looking to switch to the LG 45" 5K2K monitor, I think that is pretty much the ideal aspect ratio and pixel density.
ОтветитьI've just come across your video, and at the moment, im at a loss, so maybe u could point me in the right direction I'm looking for a monitor for my ps5 looking to spend around £350 but i want something that has hdmi 2.1 and good for FPS games but not sure what to look for.
ОтветитьAnd yet nothing about the haunting OLED flickering issue...
ОтветитьGood. You have a new subscriber just now 😊
ОтветитьMate no one needs 500fps. Only if you are a pro fps player.
ОтветитьI have the dell AW3225QF 32" QD-OLED. Love it. There is new stuff coming in 2026 that might be worth the wait, but honestly, these current gen OLEDs are nearly end game perfection.
ОтветитьDon't purchase high-end Samsung monitors unless you like having issues. They make great panels for other manufacturers though.
ОтветитьWhenever I try games at 3440 x 1440 they don't look good. Is this really a good resolution? Seems to make the graphics less smooth.
Ответитьthe asus ones would be so sick without the weird bezel thing sticking out
Ответитьany news on 27" LG / Asus (WOLED) monitors like the XG27AQDMG but with a matte coating
ОтветитьGonna wait until next year for 4K WOLED 500hz
ОтветитьI want an oled monitor so bad. But im afraid about the flickering. Can anyone tell me about the Alienware aw3423dwf or MSI MAG 341CQPDE. Is the flickering on these models very strong? And wich one is better for gaming?
ОтветитьHave we really reached a point where 280hz is a slow refresh rate? My 5070ti would struggle to hold that consistently.
ОтветитьWhy shall I wait for 500 Hz panels if I enjoy playing solo games and ocasionally warzone where 240Hz is enough? And also MFG is not a selling point since the responsiveness is a king for me.
ОтветитьI would like to get an OLED monitor but it’s got to be able to keep up for esports as well as looking good in titles like CS2. Would love a 32inch panel but I generally find 27inch big enough for competitive gaming. I have experienced issues with using small TVs (38 inch) which were too big and didn’t work as you couldn’t keep everything in view.
