I saw these guys over 10 years ago in Ottawa Ontario in a high school auditorium and it was absolutely amazing...can't wait for Montreal this year

Me encanto, me fasino, soy fan de estos muchachos desde los 12 años, se podría decir que gracias a ellos me introducieron al heavy metal; Paavo siempre tan profesional dandole esa base de bajos y estructura que da firmeza a lo que tocan, Eicca para mi siempre ha sido el capitán del gran navio que es Apocalyptica, demostrando que puede con todo, sin dejar atrás su increíble talento, Perttu, Perttu, me quedo corto al querer describirlo simplemente voy a decir que es increíble como es capaz de transmitirme la pasión en cada nota que toca, es una aleación entre maldad, lujuria y tristeza, por lo menos así lo siento yo, peeeeeroo...!
Mikko es un mega monstruo, quiero hacer incapie que la batería no es mi instrumento favorito, y el me hace querer sentarme a pegarle duro, en los 4 conciertos de ellos que he estado, Mikko le saca un sonido magistral a su batería, la ecualización siempre es perfecta.
Gracias chicos por existir, y dejarnos asomar a través de su música, a un Universo fenomenal donde quisiera siempre existir.

Unfortunately, I could not follow this beautiful concert when it was streamed. But as a huge fan of Apocalyptica, I managed to find it online today. Amazing music, amazing guys. Thank you so so much for playing this beautiful music!

Dear Apocalyptica,

Like many of these fans, I tuned in live during this day. You brought a lot of energy to so many of us who were also feeling… all those feelings during that time. I return to this live concert of yours often. Not only is the music outstanding, but it reminds me of getting through that time.

Getting to the music, like many of these fans, I’ve also been listening for a long time (26 years). I cannot say which is my favourite piece, as they are each unique. But I can say this… When I heard and watched you play “Cell-O” live for one of the first times “properly” in this event, well, I was totally blown away with your shifts in everything (I’m no expert in music or anything, but I can feel music)...

Shifts in movement, emotion, tempo, complexity… all coordinated (and I rarely if ever use this word) perfectly. Does perfection even exist? I didn’t think so… but each note was also spot on and beautiful. It was like the light and feeling in my space would change with each change in your music. Very cool!

Although you always do so wonderfully as a group, I feel like this playing of this piece was a totally amazing example of a harmony and synergy that can not be done better.
