America’s Parasite Lawyers Deprive Us of Good Things

Tort law is just a hidden tax ..prices go up..everyone pays through insurances . The government controls the insurance companies..they set the prices through regulation...the government gets a huge cut of the award through income taxes ..it's a scam..it's a fake industry..without government it doesn't exist..same as accountants ..we don't need a 3000 page tax code or a million different liability insurances...it makes us uncompetitive..

Modern gas cans flow like a mouse with prostate problems. It's all due to idiots like these, and the lawyers they hire. These original products are fine when used as they were designed. Blitz made good products. I have some of their cans I bought 35 years ago and they are still working great.

Old case of the solution being worse than the problem. Save a few burns/ lives of people doing stupid things, risk many more by adding a spark arrester that can cause sparks. I love the “good intentions, unintended consequences” series of videos. They show how bad bureaucracy is. I see stupid building codes all the time, but when they stop changing laws they will be out of a job. I get lots of complaints from customers about how expensive it is to run their energy efficient home! Make everything airtight so you don’t loose heat, then add a ventilation system that has to run at 450cfm for least 20 minutes every hour because you need fresh air in the airtight jar you live in. And you have to heat that air. Similar thing with cars. Add pollution reducing parts, reduce horsepower and increase fuel consumption. Make electric cars, reduce oil for gas but pollute in other ways like making cars that don’t last as long and use toxic chemicals from third world countries that use slave labour. We live in a no win world for everyone but the people that make money off the system.

When the argument is against them, they deem the argument as frivolous.
But;
They present a frivolous argument and expect the world to rotate around them.

Apparently these people don’t have anything better to do, then cause problems for everybody. When solutions are sought, problems are resulted…

I blame our judges for allowing ridiculous verdicts to hold someone reliable for others' stupidity.

If it's a frivolous lawsuit, then the lawyer who filed and lost should pay.

As a retired police officer in rural communities I've noticed many of the most well to do people are lawyers. They have the nicest homes and end up owning much of the rental property. Many lawyers will take items in trade for their services. I recall one time at our local PD a lawyer walked in with a payment agreement in which a client had paid by signing over his guns which we had seized and were in evidence. The judge had approved the release of the guns to the lawyer. The "justice" system is designed only for the system and its operatives.

This is very sad.

People are already stupid. Alcohol only makes it worse. Gas cans are made to poor gas into a gas tank. Not a barbecue. The phrase is toss another shrimp on the barbi. Not a gas can.

Its almost like there is no right or wrong...but there is.

I have an idea, people who do stupid stuff should suffer the consequences not everyone else. Common sense appears to be gone. I think that if they sue, they better win or the lawyer pays for everyone’s cost including the lost wages. Maybe the lawyers who are involved in frivolous lawsuits that cause us to pay more for insurance and products should have class action suits for the added cost? Seems fair to me.

Hmmm. Idiots that play with gas cans are stupid enough to even smoke while at a gas station, but for some reason the lawyers have not set to shutting down gas stations.

Even flame arrestors on commercial fired equipment are not 100% effective.
