Icrtc is the worst hawkers are rude they overprice the products which they sell.
2.Indian railways doesn't care about the traveller's who are travelleing in sleeper class many ticketless traveller's board them and create a mess.this very much seen in north indian .
3.I believe that there's huge gap between the ground reality and the promises of icrtc
4.And food served by the icrtc hawkers is very bad and substandard

Begusarai ka train ka condition v dekhiye patna se koi properly train nahi hai koi 4 baze raat me koi 2.5 raat me jo din me hai wo 100 km 10 ghanta me

What I can say is irctc services fall under little above the middle income group....
IRCTC should also focus on low income group people,
And affordable services to students travels to give exams of govt services who r not earning from 🤔 anywhere

स्लीपर बोगी मे उतने ही लोग होने चाहिये, जितने रिजर्वेशन या सीटे होते है?
रिजर्वेशन से ज्यदा लोग होने पर सभी को असुविध होती है,
रेलवे को इसका ध्यान रखना चाहिये!

Please increase limit of tickets booking , because some times we have connecting trains and limit expires. I have added adhaar but still can book only 6 tickets

Check sleeper class travel in ndls to gkp or siwan trains , a large number of without ticket passenger s traveling in these trains ,don't allow to travel such people who make very much difficult to travel reserved passenger's suffering crowds in that coach
