Coffee Brined Pork Ribs!!

I have shake fresh coffee grinds on my beef brisket along with my meat rub. Love the bark it gives! Yep “How Bout Them Dawgs”! We live In Georgia south of Atlanta

I assume your recipe would well for brisket. That being said , do you have any further suggestions?
