THE VERMONT LOOPHOLE IS CLOSED(...and it didn't have to be)

Yeah sorry about that.

A year ago we covered the #vermont #loophole that would help people get a #title for their car if they did not have one in their state. It was completely legal and sanctioned by the state of Vermont.

However, all good things come to an end. Especially when there's multiple factors that lead to ruining that good thing.
