Grrreat choices !! I could comment on each and every one of them, each for a different reason. I wonder if one of the reasons they look sooo good is because the Argentine Tango is so complicated and they usually don't have it until later in the season. Then the stars are more comfortable and easier to train, and less nervous. Made me think that it might be cool to know which week each dance was from --- that way if someone knocked it out of the park in week 3 vs week 7 it would be much more impressive --- only if that wouldn't knock you out of the park time wise. Just an idea. Thanks again, these are so entertaining and helps keep the "season going" atmosphere. 💝💖💙💜❤️💓🙏

I fully agree with all your picks, here! And yeah, Zendaya's Argentine Tango was one for the records haha. She's a true triple threat. And Juan Pablo's dance with Cheryl was impeccably picturesque; he suits the style so well. (I'll always be mad about how not only was he not in the finale, but that he didn't get to dance a Paso Doble before he was sent on his way...I have a feeling that would've been a fan fav too.) Jojo & Jenna were mesmerizing and I loved how they took turns being the leading dancer at some parts of the dance; you almost don't notice because of how seamlessly Jenna choreographed it!
And omg, Nicole and Derek!! I almost forgot how amazing they were! I was only 13 at the time but I do remember loving that dance, thanks for reminding me lol

A good Tango MUST have real tango music - not a pop song. Kelly Pickler and Derek was the most creative and possibly the best.

My top 3 Argentine Tangos of DWTS: Brandy and Max, Jennifer and Derek and Nicole and Derek, with honorable mentions to Lil Kim and Derek Normani and Val, Mya and Dmitry, Evan and Anna and Gilles and Cheryl, those are the ones I always rewatch and never get tired of watching

Meryl and Mak should of been number 1

All of these dances are gorgeous, definitely tributes to both the talent and hard work of the contestants and the artistry and choreography of the pros. My list might have a different top 2, however.

It's no secret Meryl and Maks are my all time fave DWTS team, and this AT of theirs has been voted the greatest dance ever on DWTS. I adore it... but it isn't really an Argentine Tango, is it, what with the lack of little kicks and its extreme speed and athleticism. For that, it falls to number 2 on my AT list.

Number one for me has to be the lavishly over qualified, genuine Argentinean Juan Pablo di Pace and the exquisitely sensual Cheryl Burke. The fact that HE shouts "HA!" to trigger Cheryl's inward spin almost suggests that he had a hand in choreographing this number alongside Cheryl. JP revealed himself as a world class professional dancer and actor with magical musicality, and his dances were a master class in Latin ballroom. Unfortunately, he may have given too much away and gotten himself prematurely kicked off the show. Too bad, because he and Cheryl sure were fun to watch! 😊❤🎉

Evan Lysacek & Anna Trebunskaya... song, choreography and execution...perfection!....why was it not in Top 10? 🤔

My favorites were Juan and Cheryl. They were actually super accurate culturally to an Argentine tango.

Not my top 10 personally, but I approve of this top 10. This is a quality top 10, all great Argentine Tangos. My personal fav was Lindsey and Mark, but Juan Pablo and Cheryl was a mean Argentine Tango. Those entangled kicks were absolutely fanstastic. Cheryl loves to incorporate those entangled kicks in her Argentine Tangos, but I would have preferred to see a couple more lifts in her dance with Juan Pablo though.

I wish there could be a redemption season. I was so upset about Juan Pablo being voted off early.

Mark is so underrated he had some of the more interesting dances. I loved his Tango with Linsey
