Yamaha YZR-M1 Movistar Yamaha MotoGP Valentino Rossi Exterior and Interior

2017 Yamaha YZR M1 Movistar Yamaha MotoGP Valentino Rossi motorcycle seen from outside and inside. The motorbike is with 1000 cm³, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder with crossplane crankshaft engine. Chassis is Aluminium twin tube delta box with multi-adjustable steering geometry Aluminium swingarm. Transmissions is six-speed cassette-type gearbox with alternative gear ratios available. Wheels are MFR Forged Magnesium 16.5 front, 16.5 rear. Brakes are Brembo, two 320 mm or 340 mm carbon front discs, two four piston calipers. Single stainless steel rear disc, twin piston caliper. Power over 176 kW (over 240 hp). Suspension is Öhlins upside down front forks and Öhlins rear shock all adjustable for pre-load and compression, rebound damping. Tyres are Michelin, 17" front and rear, available as slick, intermedium and wet tyres. Weight is 157 kg in accordance with FIM regulations.

The motorcycle was presented at EICMA 2016 - (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori) - Milan, Italy, 10-13 November 2016.
