He didn’t say anything wrong. If it’s for the betterment of the brand, people need to fall in line and not take things so personally. Thank him for his input, see if you can see what he sees, and adjust accordingly. Super simple. People who want a business to run ‘like family’ usually approach their business with the same dysfunction they apply to their actual families.
ОтветитьWhat he said was fine. The people at the table just can’t take the criticism.
ОтветитьHe gave positive input as well as certain things that could have been tighter…and telling someone their picking when it’s comes to marketing is a hater move…if that gentleman can see clientele can as well…people need to take their butts off their shoulders and take the critique…just because you’ve been doing it one way…don’t shade the person who is making a suggestion to do it another way….be better….
ОтветитьCome on Oliver ❤
ОтветитьWill you get with the program 😮.
ОтветитьI don’t think he said anything wrong he had a good point they just can’t take criticism
ОтветитьOliver didn't say anything wrong and his delivery was respectful. Funny all these old ones are the rude ones who can't handle constructive criticism.
Ответить@OliverTwixt definitely knows what he is doing ❤all his work is amazing honestly
ОтветитьI didn't see nothing wrong with what he said... I didn't feel everyone could take criticism y'all mean
ОтветитьWe as black people keep each other down. Sometimes change is neccasary. I can't speak on her team's work ethic but from watch this clip it seems like her team is content with how things are and bringing in someone new who already sees where chnages can be made and is demonstrating what it means to take initiative amongst a team who should have already noticed his points is intimidating and no one wants to be replaced, nor called out on their shit but if Judy wants her business to be more organized and structured because clearly she needs it then she needs to take heed to what's being said instead of making faces. She needs to up her team and become more hands on and involved when it comes to that because it seems like she just calls all the shots but doesn't really know what's going on half the time.
ОтветитьHe wasn’t disrespectful and actually gave quality advice 🤷🏾♀️
ОтветитьHe didn’t insult anyone’s work! That was constructive criticism and he was not rude or judgmental at all! When you’re working for any company, you have to be able to take suggestions and constructive criticism! It can only help you grow, be better, and improve your skills. He did nothing wrong! ❤
ОтветитьUmm… He gave constructive criticism. The team needs to understand that business matters are handled as business.
ОтветитьThey better put some respect on his name
ОтветитьI love him ❤
ОтветитьTHEY ARE GIVING HIM BAD FREQUENCY AND ACTING ANNOYED HELL I BOUGHT DROPS IN 2018 BURNT MY EDGES!!! TRIED AGAIN 2020 SAME THING..... something about Judy gives me very dark vibes especially after that baby drowned at her house and how she treated all them kids
ОтветитьThat woman just wants to be comfortable because the guy wasn't harsh at all she from new Orleans I know she's heard worse before but that man was definitely not harsh
ОтветитьHe wasn't rude at all
ОтветитьBaby that’s Oliver, he know what he doing !
ОтветитьIt’s important to surround yourself with people who can take constructive criticism no matter who or where it’s from.
ОтветитьI'm still trying to see what he said wrong
ОтветитьI find soooooooo many reasons to stay away from people everyday. The energy at the table makes me wanna puke. What he said was fine and I wish I knew a person who cared that much to detail. The responses were 🗑️ af.
Ответить🧐 What did he say wrong??? I’m so lost 🤷🏽♀️…. I didn’t get rude from his point of view at all…Ijs🤷🏽♀️….In order to be a leader one must learn how to follow as well.
ОтветитьI think he was very professional. I would've wanted someone on my team to point out those little glitches and help it to look the next time. Instead hearing it from other advertisements , or reading what I should've done to make it better. Sometimes family just don't need to be hired to help you run your business, because, they're going to be a little too damn vocal.
ОтветитьI like him 😊
ОтветитьEveryone is mad at the actual factual. Get a grip
ОтветитьI cannot stand that when a new individual is brought onto a team they are quickly dismissed by the team. He was brought on for his fresh, youthful, keen sense of marketing. It is always good to have diversity throughout age ranges on your team to keep your ear to the streets as to what is upcoming and seen as new.
ОтветитьHe wasn't rude at all. He gave constructive criticism. He wasn't trying to shade anyone. I think the team is just insecure and thinks he's going to take over. Sad, they need to get over themselves.
ОтветитьHe’s straight up hating, because of what? He didn’t feel love on the bus ride. He can critique, but as we saw, he can’t handle constructive criticism without the funky faces while looking downward. Dude, hold your head up, then take your medicine. Take what you give, nothing personal, but you are an “I,” not good for an TEAM.
ОтветитьI saw nothing wrong with Oliver’s critique. I was not feeling the attitude from Judy’s team especially Tisha. Tishas attitude since season 1 has been off to me and the whole team seemed to be following her lead. Idk who would want to work with that! You have to be a team player when you are working towards a common goal. I swear my people can be their own worst enemy. 🤦🏽♀️
ОтветитьHe ain’t say a damn thing wrong y’all just don’t like constructive criticism at y’all big age
ОтветитьDamn , he didn't say anything wrong.
ОтветитьTHEY ARE THREATENED !!1 OLIVER KNOWS HIS SHIT!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PUT HOOD MF IN THE SAME ROOM WITH NO REAL KNOWLEGE , NO REAL PASSION ! JUDY SHOULD RECONSIDER ALL POSITIONS @
ОтветитьI absolutely LOVE Oliver! <3
ОтветитьAm I lost , where was Oliver rude?
ОтветитьFamily? Is this not a business first.
ОтветитьNothing about what he said was harsh if you’re sensitive just say that it’s business
