Great video. Far from the first of yours that I’ve watched but I’d say yours are amoung the best in demonstrating and talking through the various processes. I’ve been painting in acrylic and decided to try watercolour a year and change ago. Small very limited palette aimed at portability and small studies to start. I think I have absorbed as much as I can so time to hit the paper and put these accumulated theories to work.

When you're teaching introduction and basics to watercolour you should be showing how much water you're loading on the brush, how to actually mix the water with the pigment, whether you're washing the brush in between colours, how often you're reloading. Don't just cut to after you've already mixed the colours or film the entire thing focused on the painting area without showing anything else.
