As For my fungal acne i just researched a lot but nothing worked for my fungal acne a small change in diet change everything and i gone through whole lot of topical steroids abuse.Atleast my root cause of fungal acne and i don't know normal fungal acne will get cured with this but I think even if it's normal fungal acne you will see the difference within week.

So basically after having your breakfast,lunch or dinner just drink a mix of 2 spoons of that millet flour in coffee size glass then pinch of salt for taste and chai glass quality of water all it takes is only 1 minute.just mix well with spoon and drink in one go.Ya you heard me right you just have to drink it raw.thats it no ketoconazole, salicylic acid,or any of that crab will save you I wasted so much money for it 😭 but I think it was a good experience our own skin better and i now know what works for my skin.

is hard to digest but our stomach acids and whatever food we take with this trick our oil production is controlled and even if it's tiny fungal acne with time oil production is the main culprit not only fungal acne but also closed comedones goes same and maybe when I think about it normal pimple is also cause by oil production so NO OIL PRODUCTION (IMEAN OIL PRODUCTION CONTROL) SO NO OIL TO FEED FOR FUNGUS AND GROWTH AND EVENTUALLY fungus will die with starvation atleast that's far i could understand
