ОтветитьWow unbelievable.. thanks my dear. One question is it possible to do the 2nd part (re the kadai) in the pressure cooker and then add the channa and the ingredients you used to boil it and pressure cookthat way?
ОтветитьThis feels like a stupid question, but should I use any specific kind of teabag for this recipe?

ОтветитьCook for a couple of whistles is a meaningless phrase.
If the gas is high, 2 whistles can take 2 minutes, if the gas is low, 2 whistles can take 20 minutes. Which one is it ?
What kind of tea bag should be used
ОтветитьI love ur recipes short simple very easy to follow…I made it today it was amazing❤ Thank you
ОтветитьGreat recipe. I also chose to add some ground cinnamon to mine.
ОтветитьI had canned chickpeas so I skipped the entire first step. Didnt have amchoor so added tamarind paste instead. Cooked it entirely in ghee. Also mashed half the dish with a potato masher. Turned out lovely. Thanks 😘
ОтветитьI made this and it turned out really good
ОтветитьLiterally came to comment as soon as I was done eating this, that’s how good this recipe turned out. It had complex flavours and depth. Best home cooked Chole I’ve had. Side note, please go check out her pressure cooker mutton biryani… it is 🤯❤️

ОтветитьHow much cumin seed in the “whole spices” section? Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat tea should i use?
ОтветитьHindu nahi aati he kya

ОтветитьI like the way you speak so eloquently ❤
ОтветитьAnar dhana masala? What is that?😢
ОтветитьAny reason for adding Baking soda .
ОтветитьI would like to indulge more by adding 2 tablespoons of nestle cream! 😊
ОтветитьYou are the only lady my wife listens to 😢
ОтветитьMy mum never used tea and still got the colour I am over 60 now so I think the real recipe is now in the past and she didn’t use anar

ОтветитьMaam can we have cofee instead of tea?
ОтветитьSharam ani chaiye aapko indian dish se paisa kmati ho aur angrez ki aulad ban ke bethi ho you are not love india or Indian language
ОтветитьProbably your recipe, took the tea bag and baking soda hints from masala lab by krish ashok, but my doubt is, does that micro plastics from tea bag cover, leach into the channa???? (again, krish ashok talked about micro plastics in general, but here I am concerned, as we directly heat the tea bag cover as well!)
