Well, I made it! The magnet was, that it didn’t call for cinnamon.
I had no yoghurt, had to put some kefir instead and after comparing the video to my stuff I ended up adding a bit of cream to it. Oh yes, cut the sugar in half. I don’t know why all these recipes call for a ton of sugar, if anybody wants it very sweet they always can decorate with powdered sugar. Anyway, it turned out great, light and beautiful. I put some chopped walnuts on top and Next time I’ll add a bit more apples! Thank you!

Recipe is a champ. Delicious, didn't need powder sugar. I did add 2 tablespoons cinnamon to apples and macerated them.

I have some apples that I want to use before it gets spoiled so I will use this recipe. Instead of yogurt I will use milk and instead of chopped apples, I will shred or finely mince it.

What apples did you use? Some are too mellow. I used Fuji on another cake but it could have been stronger if you ask me. Assume Granny Smiths too much or how about one Granny Smith along with a red?
