So much talent in this young women! Thanks for sharing Daisy
ОтветитьWindow!
Ответитьngl, pretty genius idea of using the standing desk as a Go-bar clamp. I think the only thing you might want to watch out is the amount of force you'll be putting on the desk, and as long it doesn't exceed their rated weight limit it should be okay? I think the flexispot e7 (if that's the model you have) is like 125 kg max? Mechanically the things that'll probably affect, and be worried about, will be the collision sensors and the motors themselves in the long term.
ОтветитьI am amazed with the equipment you seem to have given your output—less than 5 guitars a year, or so. How do the economics of luthiery work? Also, I miss the occasional hop or duck that were in your videos for a few shows.
ОтветитьAll the best to you as you move forward in your creative journey…
ОтветитьSo talented, so pretty.
ОтветитьThank you for the tour and back story, Daisy! Congratulations on the new shop. I know you'll enjoy it.
ОтветитьCongrats on the new space and also on passing 100K subscribers!!! Well deserved on both fronts!
ОтветитьYou never know how much you miss natural light until you have it, new studio looks stunning! Also i've never considered what walking stairs with tourettes would be like, and that sounds absolutely terrifying
ОтветитьNice workshop! I have a former cowshed, which is a nice big space, with rooflights rather than proper windows. I repainted the inside with some leftover magnolia masonry paint, and immediately regretted it. The lighting changed completely, and I had to buy a couple of cans of white to correct the mistake. Like clamps, you can't have too much white light! I don't make guitars, sticking to more general DIY projects. One tool that I strongly recommend is a scroll saw: mine was bought with a view to making arty/crafty items, but it's so versatile and useful that it gets used on pretty much every DIY project.
ОтветитьThe standing desk go-bar deck adjustment is absolutely brilliant. I love taking things outside their context and finding new uses and synergies. There's a lovely German word for that, namely "ZWECKENTFREMDUNG", and I'm all for it.
Ответить100K subs - congrats! Well deserved and earned!
ОтветитьI love your videos and the beautiful guitars that you make. Brava!
ОтветитьCongratulations on the new Workshop Daisy!! Always love your videos, both Format and Content! - Look forward to the next project video!
ОтветитьCongratulatios to your new shop and 100k Subscribers, I hope oe Day I can affort a Tempest Guitar
ОтветитьCongrats on your new shop!
ОтветитьDaisy, I love watching your videos, the way you work and explain things is inspiring.
But why do you talk about prices in Dollars?
Oh... you are so sweet! Congratulations for the new space...
ОтветитьA Luther made me a nice six string. I went from Gilligan to Steve Howe in one day. Worth the money. I just need Carl Palmer. Then watch out.
ОтветитьWell done... the new space and the tour.
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful shop. Huge windows. Very good choice for a shop move.
ОтветитьCongratulations on 100k subscribers!! I Love the new space! Love seeing You SO HAPPY! ❤ I can't wait to see the new guitar build!! 👍💪 Daisy RULES!
ОтветитьI see a blast gate! Very excited for you…
ОтветитьI’m happy for your new workshop with windows. Not only are you a skilled wonderful guitar maker but also a pleasant and funny young lady.
ОтветитьYour new shop is awesome, congratulations Daisy.
ОтветитьWhat I’d give to work in there
Ответитьstanding desk for the win 🏆
ОтветитьThe only thing using the standing desk for that is overloading the motor. The more force against the motor, the higher the current. Not saying don't do it, but it may shorten the lifespan of the motor.
ОтветитьCongrats on the new workshop looks great, wish you much continued success and look forward to hearing more. Love the FJ interview too.
ОтветитьWhat a great new space! There's a lot of echo, so I think I'd add a couple of acoustic panels on the walls somewhere to absorb a bit of that. But it is bright and cheerful and you've organized it so it fits your workflow. I think you might be surprised about building furniture and how well you would do. I've built some furniture and feel relatively confident in doing so, but wouldn't have any idea where to start on a musical instrument, but I recognize that a lot of the steps and processes are the same. You know how to use the tools, which is half the battle. Building a workbench might be a bit of an ask for a first project, but I'm sure you could build something a little less demanding quite satisfactorily. Congrats on 100k! Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьThey have that table with 4 legs. Maybe bit better as a gobar
ОтветитьCongratulations Daisy; it’s great that you have a new workshop place that’s light n airy AND with a window….even better. I’m looking forward to what will be coming along from you over the weeks and months ahead!
ОтветитьI can't tell you how much I loved everything about this video hehe. I was having a rough day and you totally lifted my spirits with this one 😊 Thank you
ОтветитьYou are an amazing young lady. I first saw you on Andertons TV and have been following you ever since. I really enjoy your content and your craftsmanship is on another level. Congratulations on the new workspace (and windows) and I look forward to more amazing content from you.
ОтветитьI recently agonized trying to pick a chair, and landed on one stylistically very similar. Does yours have a foot rest? 😝🤪
Ответить👍
ОтветитьWonderfull Iam glad to see you happy with this great space, keep the plants well!!
ОтветитьHuge congrats on the newest space! 🎉👏👏👏
And thank you for the tour and most of all for "How I got here" segment. That is incredibly inspirational.
KEEP GOING! You're doing amazing!
Congratulations on 100k!!
ОтветитьIn one year i moved 7 times!
ОтветитьCongratulations on the new space!
… and the window.
Nice shop
Ответитьnice upgrade of the workshop. I not sure if it was intentional or not but I am like the color of the lighting of your video. Also Congrats . 100k
ОтветитьI found the more space i have the more stuff i end up with to fill it.
ОтветитьBut that workshop is fake. A random said it in another video so it must be true! 😅😅😅😊😊
ОтветитьYou’re a true craftsperson. Very happy for you with the new space. Can’t wait to see the incredible instruments that you’ll produce here.
ОтветитьBeen watching you work and grow for ages it seems, many years, you are exactly where you deserve to be. Well done. 😊
ОтветитьMy workbench is a "Workmate" table in a shed - no judgement on not making your own because of a small workshop here 😂
