Full cleaning transformation from one of my most viral cleanings last year 

I’m crying with gratitude for your kindness and compassion in supporting this woman. 🪽You are indeed an angel. Thank you for being a leader in the awakening of Love. She may not be able to keep it up, due to physical and mental health conditions, but hopefully she qualifies for social services and can get weekly help with cleaning. One thought about the toiletries you generously provided to help her with personal hygiene: that’s a lot of items, which translates to a lot of choices. I’ve found it really helps to provide just one small squeeze bottle with one large refill bottle with a pump (used to refill the small bottle), containing one product that can be used for hair, face and body. (I recommend Dr Bronner’s biodegradable, environmentally-friendly liquid soap in almond.) And those go in the bathroom (not in the bedroom).
Less stuff = fewer decisions.
Providing space for 3 bins with lids would probably be really helpful in her being able to maintain the cleanliness and order of the space.
Bin 1 = trash (with a liner bag)
Bin 2 = dry, clean recyclables
Bin 3 = dirty clothes
Chest of drawers = clean clothes (folded)
Clear countertops & surfaces (nothing on them)
The less, the better.
Two towels. One blanket. Two sets of sheets. Four Tshirts. Three pants. 12 socks, 12 underwear. Sneakers, flipflops, rain boots, maybe one pair that can be “nicer” shoes to wear with a dress.
If you haven’t yet set up a business organization for your charitable works, I’d recommend setting up a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization to allow you to accept donations to further your mission and to train others to increase the numbers of people who can help others in need. You’re an extraordinary individual, making a difference in so many lives.

When already struggling, smoking doesnt seem that huge of a problem

Im so glad she has a clean room to rest now, i doubt the state of the home helped her health

I've found scrubbing bubbles really works on cigarette residue. Just spray it on, wipe off. Turn the cloth often or it will just spread the sticky

I certainly hope she has stopped smoking !!! That is not helping her situation at all !! I wish I could find someone in my area that would do that for me. I am nowhere near that situation but I am at a point where I am paralyzed by the situation and don't know where to even start. Most people just don't understand, they just want to say, "Lazy !!" and just turn away. It's just not that simple....as you know and understand. This is why we shouldn’t judge people because we never know their mental state and how they are living behind closed doors. There must be a mental blockage because no one would choose to live this way. Society needs more compassion and less judgement and the message is for me as well.

This is amazing work. I can relate to her to some degree, and you can tell that this will mean the world to her. The set up of hygeine products on top of the dresser will make a HUGE difference, even though it might seem small.
Having it somewhere in sight and easy to access will almost definitely help form habits, or let her take care of herself when shes able to.

Obviously it depends on her illness, but it may help to keep regularly accessed items (like art supplies or cleaning supplies) at around waist level. I know it makes it a lot easier for me to access them when theyre easy to reach. She might not need it, and you probably already took that into consideration, but just in case ^^

Aw man, that made me tear up. It really brings home how everybody has a story. I used to wish I knew everybody's story, wanted to be a psychologist and started school for it a million years ago but battle with my own demons and feel like I barely hold it together. Every second I have to convince myself to keep going. I have a family, two little kids, and they're the only reason I'm able to keep moving. This very easily could have been me if I had been alone, a physical and literal manistification of the weight and filth of how one feels. I sympathize with this girl, I see her, I recognize her and I grieve for her

I’m so glad that she took that step to ask for help and that you were able to get them the help they needed. It takes a very brave person to ask for help in that situation and I’m glad that there was someone to help her.

This is honestly so amazing. As someone who had major depression and would’ve let my room get like this if it wasn’t for the fact that I had people yell at me to clean my area I know this is going to help her a lot. You did a lot helping this person and all the others.
