Stuck in the crossroads of her life, holiday humbug Krissy Kringle (Hilarie Burton, One Tree Hill), accidentally receives a special delivery intended for Santa Claus—the ‘Naughty or Nice’ book. She immediately decides to use the book’s power to un-do some naughty deeds, but she finds that it doesn’t always work that easily.
