ОтветитьThank you for your motivational words my friend
ОтветитьThank you very much for all your content! You are helping me stay consistent and positive with fitness and a lot of other things. Thank you, seriously!
ОтветитьGood Lord, you're an awesome and realistic person. I've only just come across your channel, seen a handful of vids, and you've already made me feel motivated, happy, and thinking about doing a home exercise routine that I could realistically do and maintain.
ОтветитьIn a workout world of shirt-less dudes pushing 15 plates and product placement every second this channel is a breath of fresh air.
ОтветитьWhenever i worry or feel anxious about my body and how out of shape i am i come back to this channel to feel warm and welcome and gain confidence and belief in myself that i can do it, little by little.
ОтветитьWait how is strength different form muscle? Doesn't strength come from muscle?
ОтветитьI’m 16 and work in a construction
ОтветитьPlease don't spoil him you sponsors.
ОтветитьOne of the best explanation about fitness, it includes other aspects of life, "balance". You're cool 😎 and thank you.

ОтветитьThis is just what I needed, validation 😋. I was walking almost every day. Then I jumped over to calisthenics and did it every other day but felt a lack of motivation (because of muscle soreness). Now I'm back to walking every day but put calisthenics as part of shortened walks every other day. I enjoy it more with less soreness!! Just try different things until you find your best plan!
ОтветитьI have a sedentary job. Wonder how much I need to do to get fit. Abs major issue. After 50 difficult. Enjoy the hell out
Of you by the way🥴😊Mostly healthy diet. May track it again
Please make workout plans, for fat loss. Please please please Hampton
ОтветитьYOU ARE MY FRIEND HAMPTON!
ОтветитьI'm pretty cynical in general.
But Hampton's candid and positive outlook makes me forget that part of me.
A gem.
Wow Hampton. Totally beyond wise. For those who might go, what it took a year for that goal of one arm pull ups?! Your response about wanting to be a good friend, husband, student, son, totally nailed it. Exercise is important. But exercise is one part of life and if you want to be a whole and present human..you need to balance exercise needs with all the things that make you and your life. Totally ace and really something not really said enough of in the mountains of fitness routines and packages out there that promise results based on daily work only. That mentality of daily does inevitably fall away because life gets in the way. You have thoughtfully and introspectively worked through that and realised that work life balance is good but life balance in general is also the stuff of happiness. :-) bravo!
ОтветитьYour videos make my heart feel warm :) so glad people like you exist in the world
ОтветитьHello guys.
Should I do running before or after doing calisthenics?
Yeah, if you get a chance, do explain that "strength v. muscle" thing.
Ответитьcome here for the calisthenics, stay for the wisdom. God I wish I had your insights when I was younger. Loved the part about "we tend to want to optimize whatever it is we're into right now" - very true.
Your message about always having "core" exercises you want to do on days you don't feel like working out really is key to consistency. I've used in in my strength training programs over the years- where at the very least I'd do something dead lifts or pull downs or bench press and I'd drop the tricep extensions and face pulls and smaller exercises. That's a great tip.
You're really ahead of your age and putting out great content, keep it up and good for you. love the channel! It's clear other's can see this in you too.
bet there is nothing in that cup
ОтветитьI adore you and your channel, thank you so much for what you’re doing
ОтветитьThe 27 people who don't like this video need a hug
ОтветитьHow can we do the hanging stretch if we don't have a bar or tree branch?
ОтветитьI recently discovered your channel and I am enjoying it. I find it very motivating and informative. I like doing 30 and 90 day challenges from channels like HASfit, Sidney Cummings and Zeus Fitness. Sometimes I just do a whole body strengthing routine every other day and do yoga on my "active" rest days. I do this every morning for at least a half hour to fourty minutes. Then I go for a walk in the evening or a bicycle ride. I have used this to help recover from cardiac issues and osteoarthritis. I just work at my own pace and I am very consistent. For me it is about recovery, getting healthier and helping my to burn off stress.
ОтветитьSo true, balance is the key in everything. 😁
ОтветитьGreat info thank you
ОтветитьThat’s real hampton✊🏼, I appreciate the content that you make for all of us viewers
ОтветитьAmazing. You know the exact words and tips to give us. Found this video because I would like to start working out again ( I stopped for the reason that I do a lot of things like work, household chores, side hustles and I can't seem to fit any time to my schedule) The "core workout" tip is something new that I've learned from you. Everything you shared is so realistic and would really help people who don't have enough time for those lengthy 1hr+ workouts that can't be done consistently cause of other commitments. In reality, not all people earn from being fit. Thank you cause you made a lot of us feel good and not think that we're "just reasoning out" for not finding time to working out
ОтветитьGood Mornin what is the best quad exercises for strength?
ОтветитьThis makes all the sense in the world
ОтветитьYour fitness routines are very inspiring. I am basically starting from scratch after college, and this doesn't feel intimidating. Thank you for the great content!
ОтветитьDamn, I just like very much your videos!
ОтветитьThat’s when volume and intensity come into play 😂because more and more people say you need volume look at men in prison you can’t build muscle and strength without working out from sunrise to sunset every day…. of course, they are big but they have nothing to do anything else most of the time…. And the question is can I build muscle and strength with less time
Ответить❤
ОтветитьI really, really love how you give advice around integrating progressive exercise into our life as a whole. I have integrated cycling 100 km a week and running at least 5 km twice a week into my life. It's become like brushing my teeth, nothing special really, just daily upkeep. But now, halfway through my forties I want to add training for strength. I have tried different things, but nothing has stuck yet. I did yoga for a long while, which really improved my strength, flexibility and posture, but it never got integrated comfortably into my daily life. Now, I'm trying calisthenics... we'll see how that goes. I really just need to find something that can become a good routine 🙂
ОтветитьAlso, find out what exercises you should avoid. For example, I am prone to sciatic pain, and avoid over stretching the back of my legs, as that can trigger pain that lasts for days.
