You misjudged the Kuwaiti immigration officer my dear.
When he was analyzing you passport in his hands he was checking it if its real or fake.
Then when he asked you in Turkish language he was checking you if you speak Turkish language or not. Thats the common tactic immigration officers use.

Hello I want to ask that that my father had business in Kuwait but we lost it because he was in Pakistan and for some reason he can't go to kuwait so his Visa expired.
So is it possible that he first go to Turkey and than go to kuwait using Turkey Visa ? Is it possible to get kuwait Visa by doing this?
