Thanks for describing the role of patent attorney. Just wondering whether a patent attorney in UK can practice in Europe and USA. I guess it requires additional exam in each country as the law might be different.
It would also be great if you detail a typical day to day life of a patent attorney. Is it something like spending most of your time drafting/formatting the patent in front of your computer as we normally do during our PhD for writing journals/papers? Thanks.

So I would need a Master's in Engineering to be able to be a patent attorney or just a bachelor's?
