If i am leasing a vehicle for 3 years, ideally the rent being paid should cover the depreciation of the car for 3 years + money factor.
Why am i paying the entire on road cost of the vehicle in 3 years as rent? the car usually holds 50-65% of its value in 3 years.

Buying is anytime more economical in india. This concept is more popular in western countries where subscription is much cheaper coz of low risk due to People driving sense, strict laws n better driving conditions..

The whole calculation was lost when you took the rent/lease amount. For 27000Rs/month you'll get a car that is around 20Lakhs or more. Not 10 lakhs. 10 lakh Rupees car's subscription is between 12-14K per month.
