How To Fix Color Bleed In Laundry - A Dry Cleaner’s Guide #diy #laundry

First, you should know I’m a dry cleaner and still made this mistake. I had some really bad dumpling stains on these pants and the hot water pulled the color and stained some white garments. But here is my guide to fixing it:

1) Soak your garments in 3 parts water 1 part chlorine bleach (Clorox) and let them sit for 5-10 minutes. Please wear gloves
2) Give them a rinse and then wash ALONE as to not cause any other damage to nonwhite clothing
3) Repeat this process for harder stains like hair dye and paint
