I have a dailstrong butcher knife. It's a solid knife. 4mm it's nicely wrighted. I don't know why everyone talks bad about dailstrong its just as good as my 200 dollar wusthof i had. Too bad most kitchens are small i would accidentally poke someone

Well, they shouldn’t talk bad about this company. This company is phenomenal. I have six dalstrong that I started collecting on Father’s Day when my wife bought me the barbarian series chef knife. Every one of them is absolutely awesome phenomenal I can’t say a bad thing about them or their company and their customer service is second to anything I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I look forward to adding as many knives as I can to my collection and I’m not gonna stop till I have everyone that I like. I highly recommend if I had a single a series out the frost fire series, but I love them all.
