You’re missing important info here - reading the COI statement of brokerages to know how they fuck you.
Market making brokers tend to widen spreads artificially, trading CFDs - their currency exchange fees are completely subjective and does not reflect real market conditions. I had a position on a US stock CFD on Plus500, my currency fell in value in relation to USD which means the fee should be in my favour (in this case 2-3% before leverage), in reality they charged me -0.5%, which was completely subjective, when I asked why, they did not have an answer, which I understood as «we pulled the number out of our asses».

They have easy onboarding, works with crypto and offer good leverage which is what I need as a trader.
