My family is from Peru and it has actually become a common thing in Peru with the police force every year. They dressed up as superheroes and horror movies characters during Halloween and as Santa for Christmas and they do it to catch drug dealing criminals off guard. They will pretend they are just saying hi and then they raid the homes and arrest people. It actually has worked very well for them. As soon as i saw the thumbnail to this video i already knew it would be related to the Peruvian police 🤣
