ОтветитьSo I had a question regarding the meals being prepped for 5 days. how exactly do you ensure that the cooked meat doesn't go bad? It seems that even with refrigeration, cooked meat only really lasts for 3-4 days max. however, for many of these videos, it seems to be prepped for 5 days
ОтветитьI like these 1Mcal videos because they fit my weight loss targets. I actually have on average 1500kcal for dinner, and most meal prep videos are just super undersized for me.

I’m a young student and just started strength training. Needed to figure out a meal prep situation instead of ordering out so much. I also struggle eating a lot of calories. I rarely cook for myself I’m just learning to do so. I followed this recipe and it was amazing! Super easy to follow along and didn’t take too long to make. Literally taste like a chipotle bowl. Super tasty! So happy I found this because it’s giving me confidence to cook for myself more. Thank you!
