The fact that I watched this today

Taka was very pure and warmhearted but he was also corrupted by the bad things and thoughts of what he would do or how it would be when he’s king like he said everyone would obey him and if not, they would be punished, he most likely got those thoughts from his father because the chorus says “Did your mother say you could learn this way?” So yes Taka was very cute and kind but he was also very greedy, and deceitful. You could say he was very kind when he wanted to or wasn’t getting something in return. But when he wanted something and was getting something he was mean and pushy to get what he wants. His character was very well thought of and his background story was so amazing! I loved the movie. 10/10

This is literally the best movie I have watched all year! everyone needs to go watch it!! It really made me empathetic of Taka, he was pure hearted and kind, silly, goofy and a little awkward. He may have not been "better" than Mufasa at being a king and ruler but I think if life hadn't been so, as he put it, unfair to him, things really could've taken a whole different turn. He would've made a great uncle.

Great movie! But I didn't like the reason why taka became scar.

This movie was amazing. I love The Lion King, and I am so happy that Mufasa turned out to be great. I was worried that they would ruin Mufasa's character, but they didn't. Taka truly was pure hearted and loved his brother, and so did Mufasa. It was bitter sweet watching their beautiful relationship, knowing that in the end, their brotherhood would meet a tragic ending. But knowing what I know, I am glad Mufasa never exiled his brother. I, too, wouldn't have had the heart to completely separate from someone who was by my side since childhood. Mufasa was a great king, deserving of his name.

This movie js gives u a different type of feeling, the harmony in this song is so beautiful and I love the references this film makes to the play and the original. It also really hit when Sarabi states that Scars job was rescuing Mufasa and that his destiny wasn't to be king

I absolutely loved the movie, OMG. The music was so good (thats why I'm here lol) but the 3D blew me away!!

It feels super weird to hear like... A classic warm, bright, heartfelt-y Disney musical song, about widely beloved characters from a widely beloved IP, juxtaposed with these cold sterile uncanny-valley-ass hyperrealistic lion renderings that everyone hates but Disney keeps pushing down our throats anyways
