Hi Tom , love the 250. Be worth checking out Harry’s Garage 2024 round up video. He talks about bad fuel with high ethanol content can absorb water and cause many problems.

Can I please request you dont go for a chessboard like floor tile pattern, I think they make garages look so cheap. One colour to complement/ stage the cars would look great! I also like the black cladding idea for the front to seamlessly integrate the third parking space. I remember seeing you in the blue M3 back in the day on Paul Wallace's channel, crazy how things have turned out for you!

Those extension cables are a fire waiting to happen.

It’s not the humidity you need to worry about it’s an electrical fire that’s an absolute disaster waiting to happen. Your house is old probs doesn’t have RCD protection you’ll ether melt the breaker inside the house or cause a fire within the garage.
