No good team in general will play like the Pacers in game five., I see the pacers underestimating the Knicks when they should had played harder. Good luck letting that chance slide away. What Indiana did was embarrassing. And they may lose the series. This is not tennis when you give up a set except when you tired and you need to rest to be able to take the next. I love Mike and miss his interplay with Dog, but gotta disagree there were a lot of major changes for the Knicks last night. First, they played the best D in the series. Secondly, Towns played with physicality for the first time and drove to the basket instead of setting for 40 footers. Finally, the played the bench more than at any time since the Playoff started. It wasn't the Pacers lack of effort, it was the team and Towns superior effort!

Mike you are wrong you seem not to want to credit the Knicks defense. Now you say when most teams in a 7 game series teams that normally win the first 2 on the road and take a 3 to 1 advantage back on the road in game 5 normally loses, well what happen in the Bucks and Cavs series? Same scenario but the Pacers won both game 5's. The Knicks are not the Bucks or Cavs go Knicks game 6!

That’s such BS that the Pacers rolled over because they were up 3–1. When they were up 3–1 against the Cavs, they went into Cleveland and finished the series. Remember when he used to charge $8.99 for this nonsense?

I did not see this game as a "give up" from the Pacers, or layup for the Knicks. To me finally the Knicks came up with a way to slow down the Pacers. Not completely, but slow down yes. Haliburton was not his same effective self, making crazy shots and setting up teammates. Game 6 will be different no doubt, it will be a no-holds bar battle. But can the Knicks execute enough on both offense and defense to win? I believe they can. This game will be the best of the series, back and forth, but I believe the Knicks will do what the 2012 Knicks couldn't against that Pacer team. Force game 7 back at the Garden.
